Description
The Slovenian superstar laced up a clean black and purple colorway, and early in-game photos of the pair show off a plethora of its new striking details. Starting out with the build, the shoes are constructed with a slightly higher cut in comparison to its predecessor. According to ESPN writer Nick DePaula, Dončić’s hardwood-ready kicks will be equipped with IsoPlate support and Formula23 cushioning. Technical overlays start beneath the throat and extend on both sides towards the heel where they eventually curve and meet the midsoles. Two molds appear on the midsole unit of this iteration, both of which receive black backdrops and white speckled details. The Mavericks guard’s signature logo is finished with metallic gold on the tongues and accompanied by a tiny Jordan Brand logo above.
